This beautiful Florianopolis vacation home is located just a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis Brazil, a beach called Praia Mole (or "soft beach" translated and pronounced Praia Moley). This particular beach is famous for its abundant "beautiful people" and big pumping surf and is my favorite beach in all of Brazil.

A Little About Florianopolis Brazil:

Florianopolis is the safest city in Brazil and is the capital of Santa Catarina (a state in south Brazil). Florianopolis is a large island with 42 different beaches and is connected to the continent by a large bridge. My rental home is located on a narrow strip of land between Praia Mole beach (the best part of the island) and a large beautiful lagoon. With the beautiful lagoon & jungle on one side of the complex and Praia Mole beach on the other, you are literally surrounded by water and jungle. We call this area the "filet mignon" of the island due to it's beautiful and extremely convenient location, just a few minutes drive to many resturaunts, high-end shopping malls, bars, night clubs, and grocery stores. Since the home is just a few-minutes walk to the beach means you can avoid all of the high-season afternoon traffic (people leaving the beach), which can back up for hours each day during high season and weekends. This, along with the all of the natural beauty and convenience, makes the home's location one of the most desired in Florianopolis.

Florianopolis is home to at least 8 different universties so approximately 75% of the population is between the ages of 18 and 25 (70% women), which may explain why Florianopolis has some of the best nightlife in South America. Between the 42 different beaches, multiple nightclubs, countless bars & resturaunts, 3 high-end shopping malls and movie theaters, there is never a shortage of things to do in Florianopolis. The security deposit is $300 and is refundable within 14 days of checkout, plus there is a one-time $75 cleaning fee.
